Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and irregular 9-cell region, without repeats. Also, there is a scattered region comprising the central cell and the eight circles at the ends of between lines. This region also may not contain repeats.
Digits in a cage also may not repeat, and they sum to the total given in the top left corner.
Cells along lines between two circles must have values strictly between the values within the circles.

A tough and intricate puzzle, yet a really really elegant one too with lots of cool ideas all over, found it funny how the logic become so asymmetrical and 'random' later on xd
