Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) cannot contain the same value.
Orthogonally adjacent cells may not contain consecutive values (anti-kropki).
Cells connected by Xs sum to 10. Cells connected by Vs sum to 5. Not all Xs or Vs are given.
Cells separated by black dots have a value ratio of 2:1. Not all dots are given.

You say the puzzle is anti-kropki, but also say not all black dots are given. Which is it?..
- Kropki, as I understand it, is only consecutive digits, which was my intention with the reference. I wasn't aware that ratios were part of the Kropki collective. I apologize for the confusion. - Tingo
Yeah Kropki dots are the little white and black dots. Anti-kropki means a negative constraint on both of white and black dots. I think you simply mean non-consecutive in the rules!
