Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits on arrows sum to the value in the circle or pill read from left to right or top down. No two cells sharing an edge sum to 5 or 10 unless there is a V (for 5) or an X (for 10), where such shenanigans must happen. Note that XV-clues may be hidden in the fog.

This is definitely one of the better puzzles. I had to start twice, but the puzzling was a great fun and absolutely worth it. Very well done!

@Playmaker... who understands difficulty ratings nowadays. I've published it as a 3/5-difficulty, but for some like @GorgeousNicko it's in the 2* range.

[We've been sophisticated enough to the point that working out the deductions from negative constraint in this one is considered as 2/5 diff...]
Anyway, a nice and fun puzzle there with some good aha moments!

I usually struggle where others shine, but this one was really easy for me. A rather obvious break-in, and everything straight forward from there.
