Normal sudoku rules apply.
If a digit is placed in a cell on any of the five tracks, a cell that many spaces along the track can't be equal to said digit.
Every outlined cage with a number must sum to the number specified in the corner of the cage.
The digits on the arrows must sum to the number indicated by the digits in the circle. The number in the circle is the digits in reading order.
There is a Kropki dot (white circle between two cells) which indicates that those two cells must have a difference of 3.
The white circles (between four cells) containing digits indicate that the surrounding cells contain said digits.
The Cs indicate that the surrounding cells must be in ascending order either clockwise or counterclockwise.
The thick arrow pointing left is a Find The 9 clue: the cell indicates how many cells to the left the 9 is.
Solution code: Row 6, followed by row 8.

It was such a struggle for me. I must have missed some of the simpler logic! But I did figure it out after quite some time. Thanks!

Very very cool puzzle. I had the honour to testsolve this before publication. The novel mechanic of the track is very creative and has surprisingly varied effects throughout the solve!
