- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Numbers must not repeat on the positive diagonal.
- Numbers along an arrow must sum to the number shown in the circled cells.
- However, IF a 9 is on an arrow, it must be subtracted from the total rather than added.

After switching 1s and 3s, it seems that the result still holds
