Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
On arrows, digits must sum to the number in the corresponding circle.
Clues outside the grid give the sum of digits along the indicated diagonal.
Digits may repeat on all arrows and indicated diagonals if allowed by the other rules.
In cages, digits must sum to the number in its top-left corner (if given).
In this puzzle, the total sum of the cages and outside clues is 166.
