Missing Circles

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Draw a circle in one of the cells of each line. The digit in the circle gives the sum of the digits towards either of the remaining ends of the line. (For clarity, the circle can be at an extremity of a line in which case there is only one resulting arrow.)
This puzzle was inspired by Samish's Uncircled Arrows.
