[Fog of War Series] 23.JumpSpark

- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Discharged Arrows (long, gray arrows):
- The digit in the circle must be equal to the length of the arrow (not counting the circle cell).
- The sum of the digits along the arrow must equal the digit in the circle plus the value of all jumpsparks pointing at the circle (see below).
- All arrows have only one line and are completely straight (orthogonal or diagonal).
- All arrow circles have at least one jumpspark pointing at them.
- Jumpsparks (little orange arrows, contained within a single cell):
- The digit on the jumpspark must equal the distance(cell center to cell center) to the nearest arrow circle in the indicated direction
- All jumpsparks are orthogonal (not diagonal).
- Arrows do not go through the circle of another arrow.
- No jumpsparks lie on any arrow or circle.
- Fog of War:(Partial Lighting) Only some cells are initially shown. Entering a correct digit may light up surrounding areas.

Great puzzle! I loved that the solution started easier and steadily ramped up in difficulty. The partial fog of war was a nice touch since it meant I knew I was on the right path.
