German Whispers
Neighbouring digits on a green line have a difference of at least 5. Digits can repeat on the line if allowed by normal Sudoku rules.

Thanks for solving! I had the initial layout with the four long lines and two shorter lines in the bottom left for quite some time. Making it resolve the way I wanted took a while but I'm really happy with the result :-)
