Primal Fear

This is puzzle 2 of 3 involving prime ratios:
- Prime Real Estate.
- Primal Fear.
- Primal Roar.
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits on a thermometer must increase from the bulb end, and each thermometer must contain either all primes (ie: 2, 3, 5, 7) or all non-primes (ie: 1, 4, 6, 8, 9). Digits adjacent to a black dot must be in a prime ratio (eg: 2:4=2, 3:9=3, 7:1=7, etc).
Solution code: Row 5 followed by row 8.
