Expression of Modularity on a Whispered Tableau

I had a conversation about this puzzle with chatgpt and this title is what it came up with :)
Double Duality. Have Fun!

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Lines are both German Whisper and Modular. Adjacent digits on a line must vary by at least 5. Each set of three subsequent digits on a line must be one each from [147],[258],[369]. Two-cell lines must contain a digit from two different modular strata.

Outside clues indicate the existence of both an X-Sums clue and a Projected Sums clue. X-Sums means the first X digits sum to the clue value, where "X" is the first digit seen in the row or column from the clue. Projected sums clues sum all digits found on the lines in that row/column.

I made a math error on the bottom ? and the puzzle almost solved for me. I was down to the last 15 or so squares but everything was x wings with no way to disambiguate. Luckily I spotted my error once I realized something was off.

Very clever use of the combination constraints. There was some really fun logic to be found in this one! :)
