Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply
+1 Laser Beam: A beam travels in and out of the grid at the given Location. A cell receives +1 in Value
each time it is passed by the beam(Beams are allowed to cross itself).However,Portal values are not modified.
Deflection Portals:There are 9 portals, one in each box.The Portal uses digits 1-9 exactly once.Whenever beam enters a portal,it gets deflected 90 degrees
clockwise and travels out from the next portal.The beam travels through portals in numerical order(It enters Portal 1, deflected 90 degrees clockwise,Exit from Portal 2 and goes straight into Portal 3......)Until it exits from Portal 8 and goes out of the grid. Portal 9 is a malfunctioning portal acting as a barricade thus never visited.
Killer: Digits in cages may not repeat. And their modified values sum to the total given.
Arrow: Digits' modified value on the arrow sum to the digit's modified value in the circle. Portals are allowed to be on the arrow.
