This is the first time I've set a puzzle, so whilst it might not be the most beautiful logic you've seen, I'm proud of it.
Thank you to sxae for helping me test this puzzle!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku: Enter the digits 1-9 once in each 3x3 box, row, and column.
Killer: The sum of the numbers inside a cage must add up to the clue in the top-left corner. All numbers within a cage must be unique.
Kropki: Cells with a black dot between them have a ratio of 1:2. Cells with a white dot between them contain consecutive digits. All such dots that include a cell within the cages are given.

Don't set the solution code to only one digit, which is easy to guess. It is better to set it to one row and one column of the puzzle after solved.
In addition, the condition "All such dots that include a cell within the cage are given." in this puzzle is unnecessary.
