9-steps Tutorial: Sandwich

Here is a tutorial sudoku teaching the sandwich constraint and aimed at first-timers. It is accessible, though not the easiest puzzle. When following the steps, it is build to showcase some common sandwich logic you will find in almost any sandwich sudoku there is! However, if you feel like it, or for more experienced solvers, feel free to solve it any way you like, there are no rules!

Rules: Normal sudoku rules. Clues outside the grid show the sum of digits sandwiched between the 1 and the 9 in that row or column.

I marked it as 'very easy' because I solved it rapidly, but it certainly isn't trivial. There is some very nice logic in there, and a couple of insights were new to me. Well worth newcomers cutting their teeth on , imho.
