Crowd Control

Hello everyone! I'm still new to Sudoku puzzle setting, but I worked hard to make sure this puzzle was up to the high standards of this site. This is the seventh version of the original idea I had, so you can trust that it has been polished quite thoroughly. I hope you enjoy my second puzzle ever, Crowd Control!

Kropki Pairs: Digits separated by the white dot must be consecutive. Digits separated by the black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Inequality Pairs: The inequality sign points to the smaller digit.
Between Lines: Digits along grey lines between two circles must have values between those circles.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by 5 or more.
(For clarity, a green German Whisper line overlaps a grey Between line in r3c456. No other green line covers a grey line)
Solution code: Digits in row 4 (left to right) then column 7 (top to bottom) (18 digits, no spaces)

This is a *very* well-constructed puzzle. Took me a bit to get started, but I'm really glad I stuck with it because there is some absolutely beautiful logic in here.
