Normal sudoku rules apply, in addition to:
- RED LINES: digits on a red line must sum to less than 13, each line may have a different sum
- YELLOW LINES: digits on a yellow line must sum to less than 25 (there is only one, 9 cell yellow line)
- BLUE LINES: the 3x3 cells on a blue line form a magic square (each row/column/diagonal has the same sum) and are carpets (unroll from the dotted end to spread their digits along the corresponding row or column, e.g: the upper right carpet unrolls down column 6)
- Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by the normal rules of sudoku

Quite beautiful and satisfying puzzle! One of the more underrated puzzles that I've solved, and I hope more people should give this one a try :)
