Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Double arrows: The sum of the digits on a line is equal to the sum of the two digits in the circles that are connected by that line. Digits may be repeated on line-circle-combinations.
Ratio: a black dot indicates a 1:2 ratio between the digits (no negative constraint)
You can solve the puzzle here:

Fixed f-puzzles link

[This is not a spoiler. These are arbitrary numbers] If I put a 5 in R4C6, and then a 4 in R4C4, f-puzzles lights them up in red as a conflict. I can't see what constraint that is breaking. What am I missing?
-- I think I understood and thanks for telling me.
The point is that f-puzzles doesn't accept 1s and 9s on lines.
f-puzzles doesn't have "Double Arrows" as a constraint (or at least not my "extension"), so I used the between lines. And of course you cannot put 1s and 9s on between lines so it makes them red as an error. I thought that saving the solution would fix the problem: I have to check it better tomorrow. I suggest solving it on the CTC app by now.
------I fixed the link. Thanks again for warning me!
