Rules:
Sudoku: Fill every row, column and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Skyscraper: Consider each digit in the grid as a building of that height. Clues outside the grid give the number of buildings that can be seen from that direction, with larger buildings hiding smaller ones.
Entropy: The low digits (1, 2, 3), middle digits (4, 5, 6) and high digits (7, 8, 9) are defined as three different groups. In the finished grid each 2x2 box has to contain at least one digit of each group.
Have fun solving!
Solution code: Row 1 followed by column 1 (18 digits)

Fantastic puzzle again, I got really stuck in the middle, but I'm glad I soldiered on! Very rewarding, so thank you again.

Had to search a bit longer for a nice vantage point, but in the end I was rewarded with a lovely view of a magnificent skyline. :)

That was really tough, but a lot of fun. Hope to see Simon give it a go.

I love entropy puzzles. This one was amazing. It's like these two constraints were made for each other.
