Deadly Arrows

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle. Cells separated by black dots have a 1:2 ratio. Not all black dots are given.
While watching some CtC videos, I thought of an interesting puzzle idea, so this is my first setting. Hope you enjoy, and feel free to leave comments.

i cant understand why i cant finish the puzzle...any 1 can explain me why i get 2 solutions and what is the logic to choose the right one :)
if it is that not all black dots are given(this that it must be 1 more black dot?)

@damyanrm I think it is the "1" in box 6 whixch needs to have a "2" next to it. This is the only black dot "not given".
