Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer Cages: Digits in cages must sum to the value given in the upper-left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat in cages.
Ratio: Digits with a black dot between must be in a 1:4 ratio.
Difference: Digits with a white dot between must differ by exactly 4.
