One Liners (Arrow)

I wanted to make a pure arrow puzzle with some original logic.
Thanks to Glum Hippo, Lerroyy, and Sonic Person for testing and feedback!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
- Digits along an arrow sum to its circled digit and can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Solution code: Row 8 (9 digits no spaces)
