Pseudo-Cages

- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Numbers cannot repeat in a cage and must sum to the given total in the top left corner, if given.
- The sum of ALL cage cells in a box is equal for all regions.
- Example : The sum of r6c1 and r456c3 (box 4) will be equal to r78c1 and r7c3 (box 7) and the same for all other regions in the grid.
