Decimal Notation

(Published on 3. January 2023, 19:26 by shinggaming)

Normal sudoku rules apply. In cages, digits sum to the total in the corner. Some cells are decimal cells; these cells divide the value of the cell by 10 (eg. a 3 would become 0.3). There are 2 decimal cells in each row, column, and box. Two cells that are a king's move apart cannot contain the same digit. Also, decimal cells cannot be a king's move apart from each other.

This is a fun way to combine star battles with sudoku. Never seen this combination before.

That was good fun and interesting logic. I found it harder than other similarly rated puzzles but it might be me being less fluent with this type of ruleset. Thanks!
