Brilliant puzzle, many false starts until you realise where the ones go.

Brilliant concept, great fun, TY.

I went wrong so many times in the beginning trying to get my head around it.

Well this was a nice surprise. It turned from a complete confusion to a very fun puzzle in a couple of tries.

You really need to read the rules carefully as I think I misinterpreted them like three times.

Good job on a very fun puzzle.

What a fun constraint! Took some playing around to get a hang of it, but then it was very smooth and fun!

After clearing the lenses of the solver, the puzzle flows completely naturally. Very strong constraints there, nicely put together!

Glad you liked it, thanks for the solve. -- ATK

@ThibaultV

I think you've understood the rules, but misapplied them at some point. Particularly I don't see how you've placed all the 3s.

So for instance you could place 3s in (2,2), (1,6) and (8,5) which would be coherent (but not necessarily correct).

Perhaps it's worth underlining that because ALL the shaded cells are given there is a "negative" constraint.
