Fillomino (almost): Divide the grid into non-overlapping regions and fill the cells in each region with the size of its respective region. Regions of the same size may not touch orthogonally.
Regions of size 7 are instead sudoku regions containing a set of the digits 0-9, to be determined. There are 7 sudoku regions in the grid, each containing the same set of 7 different digits. These regions still may not touch each other orthogonally.
Every given digit is a fillomino clue (ie given 7s are part of sudoku regions).
Sudoku digits do not necessarily appear in every row and column, and may never repeat in any row or column.
Numbered rooms: Digits outside the grid are numbered rooms clues, and indicate the value of the Nth cell in that respective row or column, where N is the value of the nearest cell. (Note that these clues do not necessarily point to the nearest cell containing the clued value.)
Ambiguous Dots: Cells separated by a gray dot contain digits which are either consecutive, the same value, or which sum to 10. Every dot may be any one of these possibilities.
Solve online:
Solution code: Row 5, followed by column 7 (20 digits, no spaces).

Wow, incredible fun solve! Some of the required logic steps, especially in the middle, were amazing.

Fabulous, fabulous! My solve was quite godly awful here due to poor numbered room scanning, but I eventually got all the fruits and that ending was just *chef's kiss* x)

Q: What does a grey dot do?
~~
A: Oh my gosh, I completely missed that when copy/pasting rules. I'll fix it, thank you!
In the meantime: "Cells separated by a gray dot contain digits which are either consecutive, the same value, or which sum to 10. Every dot may be any one of these possibilities."
