Merry Christmas everyone!
I'm a bit late with this puzzle, but I've been working on it for weeks and only just finished it, more or less in time.
I hope you enjoy the result!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
RED clues outside the grid indicate the NUMBER of cells along the row/column that are consecutive with (at least) one of the adjacent digits ALONG THE SAME row/column.
GREEN clues outside the grid indicate that the Xth digit from that side (X being the clue) is the FIRST digit from that side that is consecutive with an adjacent digit ALONG THE SAME row/column.
These clues have been encrypted. Each different letter corresponds to a different digit from 0-9 (and the same letters to the same digit).
(Different sizes of clues are for decoration only.)
A cell with a letter in the corner contains the corresponding digit.
Adjacent digits along green german whispers lines must differ by at least 5.
Red renban lines contain a consecutive set of digits, in any order.

Nice one! At first the combination of four rulesets scared me off, but on closer investigation I found enough pieces of logic to give it a try. And came through!
Nice rulesets that work quite well together.
I am afraid this one will never get red stars, but at least the solve counter goes up by one now. :)

Puzzle was difficult, yet is charming. It took me part of three days and unwinding two major mistakes to get through it. Thanks and Merry Christmas!

I'd find it a great christmas gift if you found the time to solve this puzzle and give it a rating, and maybe help some of my older puzzles finaly get a rating too!
