Growing Up

I recently set a puzzle for Niverio's 25th birthday, and he told me I should post it here. I'm quite happy with this, and I think the ruleset deserves some exploration. Enjoy!
Rules:
Fillomino: Fill the grid with orthogonally connected, non-overlapping regions. Cells in a region each contain a number equal to the size of that region. No two regions of the same size may touch each other orthogonally.
Slitherlink (sort of): Draw a single closed loop through the grid. The loop may not pass through regions, and must contain N total segments along the border of every region, where N is the size of that respective region.
Solve on penpa (answer check for numbers only)
Solution code: Row 2, then column 2, no spaces.
