Normal Sudoku rules apply.
German Whispers: adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
Anti-knights: pairs of cells a knight's move apart (in chess) must contain different digits.
Global entropy: in any 2x2 square, there must be at least one low digit (1,2,3), at least one medium digit (4,5,6) and at least one high digit (7,8,9).
