Modular Corners

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Two digits from the same residues modulo 3 [147][258][369] may not touch orthogonally. Adjacent digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5. Digits on a purple line form a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits in any order. Digits separated by a white dot have a difference of 1. Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
