• Blue lines are fragments of broken 9-cell thermometers (multiple fragments could belong to the same thermo).
• Thermometers never overlap nor intersect.
• Thermometers are made up of orthogonally connected cells. I.e. no diagonal thermos.
• A thermometer may never span more than 2 boxes.
• Cells separated by a greater-than sign have the relationship indicated by the sign.
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Note the two fragments on the corner digits.
