Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits have two properties: parity and class. Parity refers to if a digit is even or odd. Digits are separated into the three classes of low (123), middle (456), and high (789). On a blue line, digits in adjacent cells cannot share either of the two properties. For example, a 1 and 2 cannot be adjacent. Cells separated by a VII must sum to 7 and cells separated by an XIII must sum to 13, not all VII/XIIIs are given.

I like this new line constraint. A most enjoyable, but very easy, puzzle.

Gerade und ungerade Zahlen wechseln sich auf der blauen Linie immer ab. Sind die drei Zahlen in den Ecken (R1C9,R9C1,R9C9) dann gerade oder ungerade? Zusammen mit den Summenbedingungen bekommt man schnell erste Zahlen auf dem äußeren Ring, die auch dabei helfen, für den inneren Ring zu entscheiden, welche Zahlen gerade oder ungerade sind.

I must be missing something obvious, as I have no idea how to get anywhere with this one.
