Chaos Construction - Border Gaps

Rules
Divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each row, column and region must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each.
Arrows indicate the distance between the first two region borders seen in that direction (the grid border also counts for this).

Great puzzle Mark! The ruleset works very well with Chaos Construction as well.

A nice new border gaps puzzle !
Funnily, I had some trouble to not use fillomino logic while solving this one at the beginning, because I was so used to the logic introduced in the 2 first puzzles of this serie.
