Cursed Quiver 2 (Region Sum Arrows CC)

(Published on 16. December 2022, 08:13 by Xendari)

Cursed Quiver 2
This puzzle is a direct sequel to Cursed Quiver, sharing the same visual theme of "arrows that look like they shouldn't be able to exist."
The ruleset featured here incorporates elements of region sum lines, which have been a recent fascination of mine. This is also technically my first 9x9 chaos construction, and the setting process has given me a lot of newfound respect for CC setters - perhaps it's just me, but every clue I placed came with a feeling of dread, lol. As always, your feedback is appreciated, and I hope you enjoy Cursed Quiver 2 :)

Rules
Chaos Construction: The digits 1-9 must appear exactly once in each row, column, and region. A region is an orthogonally connected group of cells that must be determined by the solver.
Region Sum Arrows: Each time an arrow's line enters a region, the cells on that segment of the line must sum to X, where X is the number in that arrow's circle. An arrow circle may never be in the same region as any cells on its line.
