Fill the empty cells of the grid by drawing rectangles that consist of horizontal and vertical lines between cell centers. The sides of different rectangles may intersect but cannot overlap. Rectangles can’t touch otherwise; in particular, they can’t touch by a corner.

Solution code: For every row, count the amount of cells where two lines cross, resulting in 12 digits, use a 0 when no lines cross in a row.
