Arrows Amidst
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Between lines: Digits on a line connecting two circles must be strictly between the digits in those circles.
- Arrows: Digits on Arrow must sum to the digit on the arrow's circle.
- Anti-Diagonal: The blue diagonal cannot contain more than 3 unique digits.
