A Difference/Ratio Non-consecutive Sudoku

Rules:

  • Standard Sudoku rules apply
  • Orthogonally connected digits may not be consecutive
  • Digits separated by a white dot differ by the number in the dot
  • Digits separated by a black dot are in the ratio of one to the number in the dot

First, I missed the negative constraint. Couldn't see how you got a unique solution. Then, the bottom to top order in the solution code killed me. So once I read the rules for both the puzzle and the solution code, it all worked beautifully. Nice puzzle with a good solve path. Thank you for setting.

Hi sacklunch - that's odd, the sudokupad link definitely has the right solution embedded into it, perhaps you accidentally transposed some digits in your solve which didn't affect the code for here?

Hi Scatterbrain - yes, the puzzle is deliberately slightly overclued to reduce the difficulty so that I can use this as an introductory puzzle for some colleagues of mine.

Sudokupad reports that my solution was incorrect, but the solution code worked here on LMD.

Black dot 2 in box 1 is not needed.
