Arrow Battle
An Irregular, King's Constraint, Arrow SudokuThis is a follow up to my previous puzzle, Thermo Battle. It uses the same irregular grid with a king's move constraint, but should be a bit more difficult.
Rules
Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or indicated region.Digits must not repeat in cells that are a chess king's move apart.
The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.

Fixed link to CtC. An incorrect solution was saved to that link, but the solution code on LMD was and is correct.
