Originally Intended for the Duality Patreon Pack. This puzzle has been Skunkworks Tested.
Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Normal German Whisper rules apply.
Normal Region Sum line rules apply.
All lines conform to both rulesets.
Adjacent numbers along a Line must have a difference of 5 or greater. Digits on a line have an equal sum for each box the line passes through.

Just a note that solution is Row 8 digits only. I misread and tried with Row 8 & 9 first before I realized
