My first Chaos Construction puzzle. Since the ruleset is quite arithmetic-heavy when it comes to larger numbers, I went with a small grid. Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal 6x6 Chaos Construction Rules apply:
The digits 1-6 appear exactly once in each row, column and region. Regions are orthogonally connected groups of cells, and every cell is part of exactly one region. Regions have to be determined by the solver.
Special Killer Sudoku Rules apply:
Assign each region a unique number from 1-6. Digits within a cage multiplied with their region's number add up to the small number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
Solution code: The contents of the region containing R4C4 (row by row)

2+2 is 4, minus 1 that's 3

Haha, very satisfying puzzle there! I chuckled at the initial logic there, as well as the main breakthrough(s) later on ;)

Lovely! Some quick maffs are indeed required, but it is also almost always the most intuitive one to pick from the available options.
