Whistropic Sum Boxes

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Additionally:
Entropic lines: any set of three sequential cells along an orange line must contain a low (1,2,3), middle (4,5,6), and high (7,8,9) digit.
German whispers: digits along green lines must differ from their neighbor on the line by at least five.
Region sum lines: the sum of the digits on blue lines within a particular 3x3 box must be the same for all the boxes the line passes through.
Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by other rules.
