[Fog of War Series] 9.Activated Numbered Arrows

- 1.Normal Sudoku rules apply
- 2.Activated Numbered rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction. Also, such Nth cells are considered ACTIVATED (Consider all 36 numbered room clues outside of the grid exists,an Activated cell must be pointed by at least one Numbered Room clue)
- 3.Digits along an arrow sum to its attached circle. All arrow circles are single digit, and arrows dont intersect or overlap. Also,there are no arrow circles with multiple arrow tips. Arrow parts(including circles) within the 9x9 grid only occupy ACTIVATED cells.

Note:For answer check to work, you need to enter the digits on the arrow parts outside of the grid as well, And leave the rest of the grid empty.
Solution code: Row 2 then Column 8 (in 9x9 grid. 18 digits)

confirming that the answer checker doesn't work despite following directions regarding the outer cells.

I couldn't get the solution check to work, despite leaving everything empty that wasn't on the arrows. The checker didn't mark anything as wrong, just asked if I missed a rule. The solution code worked though, so I'm assuming it's a checking error and not me solving it wrong while luckily having the code intact.
The puzzle was very nice, but horribly difficult for me. It took me almost 8 hours (7:45) (few minutes here and there away from the computer and forgot to pause) - probably my longest solve yet!
