Rules
Normal Sudoku and Killer Cage rules apply.
No digit may appear more than once in a cage, Totals of cages in this puzzle are to be determined by the solver..
A black dot between two cells in different cages, indicates that both the two cells it separates and the totals of their cages both have a ratio of 2:1 to each other.
White dots have the same property, but indicate that the cells and cage totals are consecutive instead.
Not all dots are necessarily given.
Expanded Rules Explanation
This Example graphic shows what would be a valid cage and cell arrangement in this case..
The Yellow Cage has a black dot association with the pink cage and has a total of 20 which is a 2:1 ratio with the pink cage which totals 10. The 2 cells separated by the black dot. (3 and 6) also have a 2:1 ratio with each other.
The Green Cage has a total of 11 which is 1 different (consecutive) with the total of the pink cage which totals 10. The Two cells separated by the white dot (4 and 3) also have a difference of 1 and are consecutive.

I like the double duty clue -- I tried setting with it once on a chaos construction but it didn't pan out. Glad to see this one works well -- very smooth solve -- fairly approachable for one of these types of cage deductions puzzles. Very fun.

Very fun addition to usual Kropki pairs extending them to the cages as a whole!
