I overlooked my first puzzle and got rid of the tic tac toe part via adding some more variants. Do it as you like.
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Cells connected by a V sum up to 5. Cells connected by an X sum up to 10. Not all X and V are given.
- The two cells connected by the arrow sum up to the number in the circle.
