Having solved so many amazing Fillominos in the past couple weeks, I couldn't help but copy-paste one of my previous rulesets and inject Fillomino in it. The resulting puzzle is a twist on Chaos Deconstruction, where cells are either divided into sudoku-like regions with no repeating digits, or into Fillomino regions. The nature of region division is defined by Yin Yang shading. I hope you will enjoy!
Rules
Solution code: Row 9 (from left to right) then row 10 (from left to right)

Amazing!! So much great logic here. Impressive construction too, it seems like this must've been very tough to set.

What a breathtaking puzzle. Took me quite a while to make a start, but the logic involved in that was very satisfying and it continued all the way through. Very tricky throughout, but the clues are always there even if they often appear to be hiding in plain sight.

Thank you very much @polar @ONeill @Vebby @Jesper @Christounet @Mark Sweep @MagnusJosefsson @kjholt @KNT @Niverio @zwooz19 @Al Fresco for the wonderful comments! I loved playing around with this ruleset, and I'm really happy that you liked it too.
In creating this, I combined a bit of everything I know about puzzles. However, I feel like I still have so much more to learn, and I hope that as I expand my knowledge, the puzzles I create will keep on improving.

How ????!!
I mean, seriously, how do you make this work so well ? How do you even make it work at all for that matter ? That ruleset is so wacky... Just the perfect combination of my favorite types of puzzles (fillomino, yin yang, and a bit of chaos...) Yummy ! I wonder what new layer you might add next time...
A huge thank you for this beauty !
