Normal sudoku rules apply. Each cell is a skyscraper of height N. Blue digits equal the number of individual skycrapers it sees in the row/column. Red digits equal the sum of all of the skyscrapers it can see (eg. 325647819 would show a 38 on the left). Additionally, cells that appear in the same position in a box cannot contain the same digit (disjoint group).
