Rules:
- Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
- Germen Whispers: Green lines join digits that differ by at least 5.
- Kropki:White dots join consecutive digits.
Black dots join digits with 1:2 ratio.
There is no negative constraint.

I think the puzzle nicely developped and it was a really nice solve. Especially how every deduction made the puzzle evolve and grow.
