-Normal sudoku rules apply
-XV rules: Cells connected by a V sum to 5, cells connected by an X sum to 10.
-German whispers: Adjacent cells on the green lines have a difference of at least 5.
-Binario rules: Binario rules apply to odd and even cells. Every row and column has 4 even and 5 odd cells (like normal soduko). There may never been more than 2 cells of the same polarity next to each other in the same row or column. No two rows or columns are identical.

I think the "language-flags" are for those rare puzzels, where you realy need some language knowledge to _solve_ the puzzle.
