Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Kropki: Black dots between two cells indicate a relationship of 2:1. White dots between two cells indicate consecutive digits. Not all dots are given.
- Anti parity Tic-Tac-Toe (no consecutive run of 3 digits in each box has the same parity -- horizontally, vertically, or diagonally)
- Except even wins in box 4 despite the inherent disadvantage!
- The given square is even.
