Tic Tac Toe with a Twist

It's my first puzzle and I hope it will just be a little bit of fun.
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- The finished puzzle contains 9 games of Tic-Tac-Toe played between players A and B. A uses odd numbers, and B uses evens. A game is considered a win if there is a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal line of three odds or even numbers. Player A did slightly better in the 9 games, even tho if you consider the whole board (with its 9 boxes) to be a field of Tic-Tac-Toe with the wins, it would be a draw. None of the 9 games played ended in a draw.
- Only game 1 (box 1) contains two winning lines for one of the players. The others only contain one. It is known, that Player B won games 2(upper box in the middle), 4(middle left box)
- Cells connected by a V sum up to 5. Cells connected by an X sum up to 10. Not all X and V are given.
- The two cells connected by the arrow sum up to the number in the circle.

Solution code: Row 1 followed by column 9 (18 digits, no spaces)

@RockyRoer, i just use the pen tool on CTC app to cross the box using different color. for pencil/hardcopy user, maybe can note on the side the shape of tic-tac-toe

As said, there is only one winning row in every box but the top left. And those two are by the same Player. The other boxes only got one such row. @doppelganger

Please clarify who wins if there is one row of odd and even numbers each in a box. Or can we assume that it is not possible for the puzzle.

Loved the tic-tac-toe idea, and the resulting constrictions are nicely incorporated to provide a clear solve path. Nicely done!
