Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Ratio: a black dot indicates a 1:2 ratio between the digits (no negative constraint)
Row Indexer: if a green cell (R,C) has value V then cell (V,C) has value R (no negative constraint). For example if in row 3 column 5 there's a 6 then in row 6 column 5 there's a 3.
